Combining a dynamic team of top quality chefs led by Andrew and Shane O’Callaghan and an experienced and professional front of house team means couples and guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the feast before them.
We work directly with couples to guarantee their first meal as a married couple is one to remember.
We source our produce as local as possible; we advise clients on what’s seasonal to incorporate into their personalised wedding menu.
We love to be creative with how we present our food, and along with our head chef Shane, we adore bringing clients visions to life.
As a self-confessed foodie, Andrew is passionate about great food.
We have loved working with clients on alternative menus such as an Indian-Irish fusion, rolling tapas-style, a fully vegan affair and a Brazilian feast!
While we are zealous about minimising food waste – we also like guests at weddings to be well fed with food full of vibrancy and flavour.

While there will always be weddings that want a simple wedding menu, we are lucky to work with a lot of clients that love to push the boundaries and be creative in their offering.

We work alongside some of the best in the business when it comes to venues, such as our second home – the beautiful Trudder Lodge (pictured).

We cater many weddings in private homes also. We know how special it can be to get married on family ground and we work with clients to create bespoke visions on this.

From the yummy canapés to the spit roast pork, everything was delicious and we didn’t stop getting comments from our guests about how good the food was and how friendly the waiting staff were.

Generally, clients book us 12-18 months in advance of their wedding. We suggest booking catering as soon as your date is confirmed with your venue.
Absolutely! Although we mostly serve, Wicklow, Dublin, Carlow & Meath we can indeed travel nationwide and enjoy doing so.
We do! We find there is something very special about getting married on your family ground and we love being a part of this occasion. We work with, and can recommend, some fantastic marquee and tipi providers and we can provide all tableware, linens, crockery & glassware for these types of weddings leaving you one less thing to worry about!
Of course! We highly recommend doing a wedding tasting and getting to sample & enjoy the menu before the big day. Often clients tell us this is a highlight of the planning process.
Yes! We have a wide offering of day-two options form Hogroasts to BBQs and afternoon tea to antipasti buffets. We would be happy to discuss all options with you.
