We work directly with couples to ensure their personal style and taste is expressed in the dining menu.

It is important the food is tailored to compliment the big day and we like to get an understanding for the event before starting the process – sharing platters at a big wedding can be a great social tool to get strangers chatting or a hog roast can be perfect focal point for an informal family gathering.

At AHC we provide a wide range of options so that every request can be catered for by our experienced team. The main goal for us is to provide delicious, top quality food and a memorable dining experience for both the couple and their guests. Although we provide sample menus, we pride ourselves on never creating the same style twice. Once a bespoke menu has been created, we encourage couples to attend a tasting for final decisions, all conducive to a relaxed and seamless service on the big day.

The food was delicious and all the guests were raving about it! Thank you for assembling our cocktails for the drinks reception - Tracy you did a great job on my “Gorditos” and I believe you had to refill a few times! All the staff were brilliant but in particular Niamh who helped us sort out our place names and was just generally extremely helpful! It really helped reduce some stressful moments.

We LOVED the chocolate mousse, thank you for replacing mine when our sisters had the top off it! I inhaled it! All round a brilliant weekend, thank you so much for everything!

If you are considering booking Andrew and Tracy for your wedding do NOT hesitate. They provided the most incredible and professional service to us from the moment we first enquired up until the last drop of prosecco was poured the day after our wedding (note: absolutely consider having them take care of a second day BBQ too).

We live in the US and had huge success communicating everything via email with Tracy throughout preparations. The floor staff on the day were a dream - so professional and good-natured, they all added so much to the happy vibe.

And the FOOD...If I had the authority to present them with a michelin star I would. Every tiny, delicious detail of our personalised menu was perfection. The midnight BBQ, the dessert table, the morning-after breakfast - all exquisite! Thanks so much guys!

The food was just incredible, we have been receiving messages from guests telling us it was the best wedding food they ever had! We didn’t want our guests to go hungry and the certainly didn’t. The food was hot, cooked perfectly and plenty of it - amazing!

We could not recommend Andrew, Tracy and their team highly enough. They catered for our two-day wedding celebration in Lisnavagh and did an absolutely brilliant job. The food on both days was fantastic but what we almost liked the most was their attitude and approach from the very start of us getting them on board. They were super helpful, supportive and easy to work with throughout.
