When it comes to our ingredients we put a lot of emphasis on fresh and local produce to provide seasonal menus that are bursting with flavour.
Our free range meat and poultry comes from Wicklow butchers. The fish from Howth is caught daily in the Irish Sea. The Italian meats in our antipasti are from award winning, high quality suppliers and the cheeses are from the best Irish Artisan suppliers.
The vegetables are locally sourced, in-season and organic where possible. The magic of what we do is in the translation of these raw products into delicious bespoke menus for our clients. We’re always willing to experiment and try new things to get the best and tastiest results.
