Andrew Holmes is an accomplished Chef and Businessman having been in the food industry for over 16 years now. After working with some of the best chefs in Ireland and spending 5 years as Head Chef in Avoca he decided to branch off into the world of event catering. Andrew’s first venture and one which he still holds close to his heart is thehogfather.ie, a brand that prides itself on quality, no fuss hog roasts and although this provides the perfect wedding banquet, his vision expanded to provide dining options for all events, and so Andrew Holmes Catering was born. The perfect compliment to The Hogfather, the team in AHC provide an unbeatable combination of professionalism and flair both in the kitchen and front of house. Andrew’s partner in crime and wife; Tracy, is the Operations Manager, responsible for the seamless delivery of top notch food direct to the table. With over 13 years experience in hospitality management, Tracy spent five of them managing a number of the successful Avoca Cafes, moving on to spend three years at the helm of KC Peaches as Operations Manager.
